In his message, President Kang emphasized that he will create the workplace where the women are respected and he will make a society in which everyone is dignified. He said that “our direction to pursue is clear. Based on balanced leadership on the gender equality, Central will acknowledge gender difference and will make a culture that respects diversity. To live safer and happier life in everyday life, we must treat and respect each other as an equal human being. We have to make an environment to exercise own capacity to the full extent and to make an environment where women and men are equally happy." Central will make effort to enhance the quality of life in our employees gradually. 

The International Women's Day was enacted by the UN to celebrate the riot of the US workers in honor of women who died in a fire at workplace on March 8, 1908.
