CTR Group is committed to ESG management and continuously strives for a sustainable future. As part of this effort, the CTR Changwon Plant has been making various efforts to reduce energy consumption. We are pleased to share that these achievements have been recognized externally.
Specifically, the CTR Changwon Plant received the Silver Award at the 2024 Korea Electrical Engineers Association Electrical Equipment Operation Excellence Contest!
The main purpose of participating in this contest was to widely promote CTR's ESG activities and receive an objective evaluation of the CTR Changwon Plant's energy-saving efforts. This contest is an opportunity to discover and assess efficient operation and energy-saving efforts of electrical equipment, and its significance was heightened by the participation of many companies!
This year, approximately 2,000 companies from across the country participated in the contest, and nine teams were selected for the final round. As a result of the second round of presentations, Son Hwi-woong from the Equipment Improvement Team, representing the CTR Changwon Plant, won the Silver Award.
