The vision workshop 2nd half 2018 was carried out at Kyeongnam Techno Park from December 17 to 19. Participants were leaders and team heads who played the most important role in executing and spreading organizational culture. 33 leaders including CEO and factory director and 73 team heads attended the workshop.
Vision Workshop is an activity of ‘vision participation project’. All visible activities toward management philosophy, vision and core value are called vision participation project. Vision Workshop is conducted for all members to think and behave according to the value system, to check themselves and to improve any weaknesses. The workshops for leaders and team heads are carried out twice per year and the workshop for team members is provided at the 1st half of each year.
Participants had a review on their experience of practicing core value since the first workshop in May 2018. And, they presented and discussed core value practice cases to share and spread cases. Among leaders, ▶Lee Hoyoung, CEO of NEOCTR, Jeong Seokhyeon, factory director of MOTEK Seosan, Kim Jinwook factory director of CTR Asan presented their cases. Among team heads, ▶Kim Yoonho, head of purchase planning team, Choi Youngcheol, head of DTS Daegu ∙ CMS Daehap facility conservation team, Ha Sangseok, head of MOTEK purchase team, Lee Seongnam, head of MOTEK Seosan production management team, Lee Hanghee, head of MOTEK development team and Tak Jeongho, head of CTR Youngsan production management team(total 9) made a presentation.
And, participants received the core value multisource evaluation result and reflected themselves by recognizing their behaviors and gaps with their own decision. And, the workshop was finished with a determination to practice based on the result of the workshop.
