‘CTR VINA Joint Venture Agreement Signing Ceremony’ for the leap to the AM Market 18-08-13

‘CTR VINA Joint Venture Agreement Signing Ceremony’ was held in Sapporo, Japan on July 16, 2018. NEOCTR, CENTRAL CMS, Japan Central Motors jointly established CTR VINA to expand to a new AM market. In the Signing Ceremony, the management of Central Group and the management of Japan Central Motors including CEO Shinichiro Sakata participated. Japan Central Motors had a relationship from 1971 when Central was founded and has been a touchstone and encouraging partner for the growth of Central. On the basis of the credibility so far, we together advanced into a new market. CTR VINA which will become the hub of AM business of Central Group is expected to grow quickly in the Southeast Asian market because of extensive marketing capacity on the Asian market by Central Motors, excellent manufacturing technique of Central and price competitiveness of the Vietnamese market. 

 

Want to know about ‘CTR VINA’! CTR VINA is located at Tam Ky which is about 65km southeast of Danang, Vietnam. The site consists of land of 55,000 m2 land and building of 19,800 m2. Construction will start in the end of October and the operation will start in early November. Manufacturing products will Ball Joint, Inner Tie Rod, Stabilizer Link and Outer Tie Rod which are main products of the AM division. Before the release of the products to the market, CTR VINA has expanded the contact point with customers through promotion activity using various online and offline channels from July onward. CTR VINA will figure out the market requirements quickly and will engage in the business in 15 countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore. The AM revenue of Central Group at the East/ Southwest Asian markets is about 5 million. After the establishment of CTR VINA, it is expected to achieve 16.4 million of sales in 2019.
