CTR Group sends out a "Management Letter" to all its members to ensure everyone receives the same message and collaborates on planning and implementation. This letter, sent by Vice Chairman, Sangwoo, directly to employees 1-2 times a month, includes updates on the company's business situation, organizational future and vision, as well as everyday anecdotes and reflections, delivered in both Korean and English.

The inception of the Management Letter was rooted in the need to minimize information gaps. Recognizing the importance of regular and direct communication to prevent certain individuals or departments from monopolizing information and to ensure consistent interpretation of information during transmission, the Management Letter was initiated.

CTR Group acknowledges the necessity for its members to receive the same message and collaborate on planning and realization.
