At the ceremony held on December 12, 2023, in Changwon, the 29th Gyeongnam Trade Awards and the 60th Government Commendation for Trade were conferred. On this occasion, 6 companies and 18 individuals received the Gyeongnam Trade Awards, while 98 companies and 47 individuals were honored with the Government Commendation for Trade. Among them, CTR EcoForging was recognized as the 'Top Exporter of USD 30 Million'.

CTR EcoForging is a company specializing in forging operations within the CTR Group. Established in 2003 at the Miryang plant under CTR Mobility, CTR EcoForging underwent division to concentrate on forging due to the escalating demand for aluminum materials in the electric vehicle market, driven by the rapid growth of lightweighting.

As the only mid-sized enterprise possessing forging technology among domestic companies, CTR EcoForging pioneers the eco-friendly mobility sector by creating various products used in environmentally friendly vehicles, utilizing the first domestic aluminum control arm hot forging technology.

Despite its relatively short history, the company's consistent progress and innovative strategies have significantly contributed to exploring overseas markets and increasing exports. It seems poised to continue leading the eco-friendly mobility sector, propelled by continuous development and remarkable technological prowess. Expectations are high that, based on its ongoing advancement and exceptional technical capabilities, it will shine as a frontrunner in global trade.

This award marked a significant moment that elevated CTR EcoForging's standing to a higher level.
