"Hello, it's nice to meet you all in person for the first time." April 14th was CT-Run Day (Colorful Team Run), where teams came together for a unique event aimed at promoting communication and collaboration among employees. Unlike traditional departmental gatherings, CT-Run matched participants from different departments to foster connections beyond email or phone interactions usually experienced during work. Communication and cooperation start with understanding each other. As tasks become more demanding and complex, there is a greater need for gatherings among employees than ever before, and this CT-Run Day provided an opportunity for such interaction.
