On June 11th, the opening ceremony of the AM (After Market) Business Division Research Institute was held at the Masan plant.
The AM Research Institute was established to enhance global competitiveness in the After Market by developing systematic R&D capabilities. It focuses on developing over 500 items annually in steering and suspension products, securing fundamental technology through research on super engineering plastics materials, and developing ultra-lightweight plastic products. Additionally, it carries out tasks such as providing technical support for plastic and rubber materials at the Central Research Institute.
The opening ceremony was attended by top management, including the CEO, as well as Dr. Lee Jeong-hwan, the President of the Korea Engineering Club and the Deputy Director of the Materials Research Institute.
