There are four essential values that every CTR Group member must uphold, and one of them is "Respect."
Respect begins with caring for each other, listening to opinions, and building trust. Language, in particular, reflects our thoughts and feelings and directly impacts others.
Therefore, all members of CTR Group add 'Nim' after each other's names and use honorific language to show mutual respect. These small changes collectively create a healthy corporate culture.

Not only within our company but also throughout society, the importance of language is increasingly recognized. We often see instances of verbal abuse on social media, highlighting the need to raise awareness about the severity of verbal abuse and foster a better communication culture. To address this, the social enterprise 윤경ESG포럼(BEST ESG Forum) is implementing the "Society Without Verbal Abuse" challenge.
The Best ESG Forum, established in 2003, is the longest-running private forum in South Korea, aiming to promote ethical management and establish an ethical corporate culture. This past May, the forum held a pledge ceremony for a "Society Without Verbal Abuse," with 126 companies participating. Through a relay challenge, many people are joining in to create a better communication culture.
In this ongoing challenge, Vice Chairman Sangwoo-nim of CTR Group was nominated by CEO Ji-Seon Lee of SHINSUNG E&G and has joined the initiative.
CTR Group has been actively engaged in various activities to promote ESG management. By participating in the ‘Society Without Verbal Abuse’ challenge, we aim to emphasize the importance of language and foster a culture of respect and consideration in our daily lives. We hope that this challenge will be a small step toward a better society and that we can all grow together in a culture of improved communication.
Thanks to the members who supported Sangwoo-nim's challenge
Let’s all make a promise to contribute to creating a better society. Join us, CTR Group members, in this initiative.
CTR Group will continue to lead with a culture of health and respect based on ESG management. We are committed to consistently working towards a society where respect and consideration are part of everyday life and will actively promote positive cultural practices.
