This ceremony was the first one held after the overhaul of the in-house partner operation and evaluation system within CTR OE/AM division. It was organized to acknowledge the efforts and achievements of our partners and to strengthen mutual growth.

CTR has been running an in-house partner evaluation system since 2014. However, over time, the evaluation method became increasingly formalized, and it became difficult to reflect actual performance. Therefore, starting in 2024, the evaluation system was completely revamped!

We added customized evaluation criteria reflecting the unique characteristics of each plant and expanded the evaluation scope to include not only production operations but also management operations, introducing a more precise and fair evaluation method. Through these changes, we aimed to strengthen the competitiveness of our partners and ensure that practical support could be provided.

In this award ceremony, 24 in-house partners were evaluated, including 17 direct partners (production and manufacturing) and 7 indirect partners (inspection, logistics, packaging). The selection criteria were based on a comprehensive evaluation from the first to third quarter of 2024, ensuring fairness.
