Using digital devices such as laptops, CTR employees work under no time or space constraints. As we work with laptops, there are many well used old computers. What will happen to the old computers? CTR donates used computers with the
International Association of Culture Exchange for Disabled(IACED) in order to reduce gap between information haves and information have-nots.
Starting in 2015, CTR has donated 182 laptops, 39 desktops, and 18 workstations this year. The need for computer has increased as non-face-to-face remote classes have increased with prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
We hope this donation could help the underprivileged get expanded opportunities for information communication in addition to contribution to infrastructure of online education.
