CENTRAL has been selected as the 2019 Exemplary Enterprise of South Korea’s Job Creation by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
Through ‘Exemplary Enterprise of South Korea’s Job Creation’, the Ministry of Employment and Labor honors companies which have initiatively increased jobs and improved the quality of jobs. This was the second year since it started awarding 100 companies in 2018.
Last April, CENTRAL was chosen as the candidate for the ‘Exemplary Enterprise of South Korea’s Job Creation’ through recommendation by Changwon Branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and then in the final winner selection after on-the-spot observation and through the selection committee under the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
CENTRAL shortens working hours through the working hour management system and helps employees find the right work-life balance through flexible work arrangement, and improves organizational culture through improving the conference culture and expanding annual leave.
Moreover, the recruited youth and local talents accounted for 56.8% and 43.7% of the entire hires in 2018 and 2017 to 2018 respectively, which clearly shows that CENTRAL is striving for job creation.
A plaque for the exemplary enterprise was awarded at Sejong Convention Center on July 25. The government will support companies selected as the exemplary enterprise with three-year grace period for periodic audit from the Ministry of Labor, three-year grace period for tax audit of local taxes, favorable interest rates, and more.
