From November 22nd to December 5th, Central Group conducted its regular recruitment for the second half of 2016. This recruitment drive aimed to fill positions in eight different departments: R&D, quality management, production management, purchasing, business management, accounting, IT, and overseas sales.

Throughout the recruitment period, more than 50,000 prospective candidates showed interest in joining Central Group. Among them, individuals with innovative thinking and a passion for creating customer value through their dedication will have the opportunity to grow with our company as global talents.

The recruitment process involved screening of documents, interviews, and personality assessments, with successful candidates expected to commence employment from February 2017 onwards.
