CTR Masan Plant has received the prestigious Q1 Award from the global automotive giant Ford!

The Ford Q1 is awarded to suppliers based on a comprehensive evaluation of their quality, production systems, and supply chain management. With this Q1 Award, CTR’s quality, production systems, supply chain management, and development capabilities have been recognized at a global top level. This achievement further solidifies CTR's position in the North American market.

On October 17, a celebration ceremony was held at CTR Masan Plant to commemorate the acquisition of the Q1 Award. The event was attended by members of the CTR Masan Plant and key stakeholders from the quality and production sectors, creating a vibrant atmosphere of celebration. The ceremony also included a presentation highlighting CTR’s global vision and achievements, showcasing the company’s core competencies in research and development, process management, and quality policies. 

Ford’s Q1 is awarded after meticulous evaluation of the supplier's quality, production systems, and supply chain management. The CTR Masan Plant met all criteria, including quality management, pricing, delivery, and logistics systems, earning significant trust from Ford. This achievement reflects CTR’s long-standing commitment to rigorous quality management and efficient supply chain operations.

CTR’s Yeongsan Plant and CTR Eco Forging Plant received Ford Q1 Awardin 2019 and 2022, respectively. With the Masan Plant now certified, CTR’s competitiveness in the North American market has been further strengthened. Currently, CTR supplies key components such as ball joints and lightweight aluminum control arms to Ford, and this awardopens up more opportunities in the North American market.
