CTR Group has taken its first step towards sustainable ESG management.

On April 19, at the Changwon CTR Building, 20 key ESG management leaders gathered to hold the "ESG Management Declaration Ceremony." At this event, various policies, goals, and action plans related to ESG were officially announced, reaffirming the group's commitment to ESG management.

On this day, domestic and international representatives (corporate heads) of CTR Group emphasized the importance of ESG management by reading the ESG Management Declaration and expressing their commitment to environmental improvement and protection, respecting the rights and equality of all stakeholders, and pursuing sustainable development through ethical and transparent management.

Additionally, Je Hyun-Joo, the CEO of Envisioning Partners, delivered a lecture titled "The ESG Lens: A Long-term Survival Strategy for Businesses." The lecture highlighted that while ESG management might seem like an increase in temporary management elements or costs, it is actually a powerful means for companies to grow faster and seize new opportunities.

CTR Group has been striving for sustainable management long before the term ESG became popular. The group has genuinely conducted social contribution activities, such as ethical management, respect for diversity, employee happiness, and board composition. Even in small ways, such as avoiding the use of paper cups and paper for reports and approvals, CTR has been committed to environmental efforts.
