CTR VINA labor union was created as a communication channel between the company and employees for the welfare employees and stable employment. When deciding on company policies related to labor, a labor union council will be operated to reflect the opinions of the majority of our employees, providing opportunities for employees to receive a wide range of welfare benefits. At the launching ceremony of the labor union, all the members of CTR VINA, the CTR VINA union, the vice chairman of the Quang Nam Province labor union, and the union members of the industrial park, and representatives of relevant government agencies participated to celebrate the declaration.

As Article 6 of the Vietnam Trade Union Law stipulates that “a labor union is established on the basis of voluntary action,” the establishment of a labor union is not compulsory for a company. In fact, CTR VINA also did not think about establishing a labor union at the beginning. Since CTR VINA was established in 2018, government agencies have continuously recommended the establishment of a labor union, and several issues of concern in labor-management disputes have been reviewed. While investigating the local situation and the current status of other companies, we recognized the need for a labor-management coexistence relationship and the prevention of labor-management disputes as the biggest role of the labor union in Vietnam, so the CTR VINA labor union was established. 

CTR VINA and CTR VINA’ labor union will strive to establish a coexistent labor-management culture.
