Central Changwon Plant Declares Labor-Management Coexistence for Overcoming COVID-19 and Coexistence 21-02-23

On February 23, Changwon Plant of Central held a labor-management coexistence declaration ceremony. In 2016, a labor-management coexistence declaration ceremony was held due to the export environment crisis caused by global economic instability (including Brexit, the slowdown in China, and terrorism around the world, etc.). This year’s labor-management coexistence declaration ceremony was held after five years since 2016 to overcome business situation caused by COVID-19 with the power of coexistence.

The declaration ceremony was attended by about 90 people including CEO Yong-ho Yoon of Central, Union Chairman Gi-woo Seo of Central, Changwon Plant Production Team members. The participants empathized with the current business environment the company is facing now, pledged to overcome the current situation through mutual cooperation. In addition, the Changwon Plant announced the ‘Joint labor-management declaration' containing the expectation for the employees to have a sense of cooperation to strengthen competitiveness of Changwon Plant, and the employees’ desire of job security to improve quality of life.
